Sample Uses

Use this template to:

  • Design a survey to gather insights from your audience.
  • Analyze collected data to assess your next steps.
  • Manage any action steps that arise from customer feedback.
How to Use:
  • Strategy adds Tasks to the appropriate column:

    GOAL - Use this column to create a clear and attainable goal. Add Tasks that identify what it is you'd like to learn and how you’ll use the feedback.

    DESIGN PLANNING - In this column, create Tasks to plan your survey design, such as determining the type of survey you’ll use, the survey platform you’ll rely on, and the questions you’ll ask in your survey.

    SENDING - Enter sending Tasks here, such as determining who you’ll send the survey to, at what point in the customer journey you’ll send it, and how you plan to deliver the survey.

    ANALYZING - Once you’ve received enough responses to your survey, create Tasks to analyze the data and examine responses to open-ended questions.

    ACTIONS - If customer feedback was not favorable, create a Task for each action you’ll take to achieve your desired results.

    OUTCOMES - Move Tasks from the Action column to the Outcomes column once your desired results have been achieved.

  • Strategy assigns Task owners to each Task and optionally adds Task due dates.

  • When work on a Task begins, the Task owner adds a label of “In Progress” to the Task.

  • When work on a Task is complete, the Task owner changes the Task’s label to “Complete.”
