Use this template to:
- Keep track of the most important priorities that you need to complete.
- Monitor tasks that may require follow-up.
- Improve productivity by keeping tasks organized in one central location.
How to Use:
In the Incoming column, create a Task for each of your priorities. This column serves as an inbox - each time you identify a new priority, you’ll enter it here.
Move the #1 Task you must complete today to the #1 Priority column.
Move 2-3 other high-priority Tasks to the IMPORTANT column. Leave any remaining Tasks in the Incoming column.
Now, start work on the Task in the #1 Priority column. and move it to the Working column to indicate that it’s in process.
