Use this template to:

  • Organize and track your personal and professional goals.
  • Monitor the progress you’re making toward your goals.
  • Maintain a record of your achievements for easy reference.
How to Use:
  • Add a new Task for each of your goals to the appropriate column:

PROFESSIONAL - Use this column for professional goals you want to accomplish, such as getting your degree, writing a book, or launching a career in a new field.

HEALTH - Put any health-related goals in this column, such as exercising regularly, joining a recreational sports team, or eating more nutritiously.

FINANCIAL - Use the financial column for any monetary goals, such as saving more money, paying off debt, or contributing a greater percentage of your earnings to your 401K.

RELATIONSHIPS - Enter any goals related to your relationships in this column, for example, like spending more quality time with your children, not checking your phone when you’re socializing, or catching up with your friends more often.

HOME - Put any goals related to your home into this column, for instance like: refinishing your floors, finding a new apartment, or cleaning your closet.

PERSONAL - Include any other personal goals you have here, such as traveling to an exotic destination, learning a new language, or practicing a hobby.

  • On a weekly basis, view your goals and assess your progress for the week by labeling each goal as:

    • On track - Goals you’re currently pursuing and making progress on.
    • Needs attention - Goals you’re currently working on but not as often or as reliably as you should.
    • Not started - Goals you don’t have time to work on at the moment but plan to, once you achieve some of the other goals on your list.
  • When you accomplish a Goal, move that Task to the Achieved column, so you can easily track your successes.
