Sample Uses

Use this template to:

  • Keep track of all the personal tasks you have on your plate.
  • Develop a schedule for when you’ll work on these tasks.
  • Improve productivity by keeping tasks organized in one central location.
How to Use:
  • Create a Task for each item on your to-do list in the Not Scheduled column.

  • Move your Tasks to the appropriate column, depending on when you plan to work on them:

    TODAY - Use this column for Tasks you plan to tackle today.

    THIS WEEK - Use this column for Tasks you don’t expect to get to today, but that you plan to work on this week.

    THIS MONTH - Move any Tasks here that don’t need to be completed immediately, but that you intend to complete this month.

  • As more items are added to your to-do list, enter them in the Not Scheduled column until you have time to schedule them.

  • When you start work on a Task but can’t complete it because you’re waiting to hear back from someone, move your Task to the Follow Up column, so you can keep track of items you may need to follow up on.
