Use this template to:
- Break long-term goals into easy, actionable steps.
- Monitor the progress you’re making toward your goals.
- Maintain motivation by keeping a record of your achievements.
How to Use:
Identify the #1 goal you want to accomplish and create a Task explaining this goal in the Goal #1 column, so you can easily see which goal the column represents. When you’re finished, do the same thing for your #2 and #3 goals.
Consider which actions you’ll need to take to achieve your #1 goal. Create a Task for each of those actions in the Goal #1 column. Repeat this process for your second and third goals.
When you begin work on an action step, give it a label of “In Process.” Once the action step is complete, label it as “Complete” and move it to the Achieved column, so you can easily track your progress.
