Sample Uses

Use this template to:

  • Manage your workflow for creating, publishing, and promoting blog posts and other content.
  • View where content creation tasks are in the pipeline.
  • Track approvals and revision requests for content.
How to Use:
  • Content Strategy identifies a proposed blog post (or other content-related request) and adds it as a new Task in the To Do column.

  • Content Creator selects the Task from the To Do column, assigns it to themselves, then moves the Task to the Writing column.

  • Once the writing’s finished, the Content Creator moves the Task to the Graphics column IF Design needs to create images or related graphics for the Task. Otherwise, the Task is moved to the Needs Approval column.

  • If the Task is approved, the Content Creator publishes the content online, then moves the Task to the Published column.

    If the Task requires edits, Marketing moves the Task back to the Writing or Graphics column (depending on which type of edits are required) and provides feedback, so the Content Creator or Design can fix it. Once the Task is fixed, it’s moved back to the Needs Approval column.
