Use this template to:

  • Manage your blog schedule and focus your priorities.
  • Keep your ideas, schedule, and resources all in one place.
  • Work with others to plan, create, edit, and publish your content.
How to Use:
  • Use the Brainstorming column to add Tasks for your blog ideas, concepts, and strategy.

  • Content Strategy creates new Tasks in the This Month column for any blog posts the content team needs to write. If desired, Content Strategy also enters a due date.

  • Content Creator assigns a blog post to themself and moves the Task to the Creating column when they begin working on the post.

  • When the blog post is completed, Content Creator drags the Task to the Reviewing column.
