Use this template to:
- Manage onboarding tasks in phases.
- Set-up new hires for success.
- Track where new hires are in the onboarding process.
How to Use:
Human Resources adds a Task for each new hire in the Welcome column.
Human Resources meets with the New Hire, walks them through the onboarding process, and provides them with any paperwork they need to fill out. Then, Human Resources moves the Task to the New Hire Paperwork column.
Once New Hire submits the required forms, Human Resources moves the Task to the Employee Resources column, then provides access to those resources.
After New Hire reviews the available resources, they move the Task to the Company & Teams column.
