OVERVIEW - Use this column to provide information on your company’s mission, values, background, and any legal requirements.
WORKPLACE POLICIES - Put any workplace policies in this column, such as those related to social media use, timekeeping, or required hours of work.
TIME-OFF POLICIES - Use this column for any information related to taking time off, such as your holiday, vacation, and sick leave policies.
PAY & PROMOTIONS - Enter any information related to compensation and promotions into this column.
BENEFITS - Put any information related to employee benefits here, for instance like: health insurance, training and development, or an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Human Resources updates information on the Employee Manual board as necessary.
