  • Provide a central location for key HR information.
  • Educate employees on workplace policies, benefits, and expectations.
How to Use:
  • Human Resources adds relevant information to a Task in the appropriate column:

    OVERVIEW - Use this column to provide information on your company’s mission, values, background, and any legal requirements.

    WORKPLACE POLICIES - Put any workplace policies in this column, such as those related to social media use, timekeeping, or required hours of work.

    TIME-OFF POLICIES - Use this column for any information related to taking time off, such as your holiday, vacation, and sick leave policies.

    PAY & PROMOTIONS - Enter any information related to compensation and promotions into this column.

    BENEFITS - Put any information related to employee benefits here, for instance like: health insurance, training and development, or an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • Human Resources updates information on the Employee Manual board as necessary.
