Use this template to:

  • Standardize a successful onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Improve employee retention and performance with a comprehensive onboarding process.
How to Use:
  • Human Resources adds each onboarding-related Task to the appropriate column:

    DAY 1 - WELCOME! - Use this column for onboarding Tasks that need to be completed the first day, such as reading the employee handbook, reviewing the company’s mission statement, or filling out new employee paperwork.

    WEEK 1 - LET’S GET STARTED - Put any Tasks here that the new hire must complete shortly after their start date, like setting up accounts for company-wide tools, meeting team members, or scheduling a weekly one-on-one with their manager.

    30 DAYS - Use this column for any Tasks that need to be completed at the 30-day mark, such as scheduling a 30-day review meeting.

    60 DAYS - Enter any Tasks into this column that need to be completed at the 60-day mark.

    90 DAYS - Put any 90-day Tasks into this column, for instance like: scheduling a 90-day review or completing an onboarding assessment.

  • Give all New Hires access to the board, so they can easily self-manage the onboarding process.
