Sample Uses
Use this template to:
- Define what success looks like for your team.
- Ensure that everyone on the team knows your current priorities.
- Track team accomplishments, so your team can celebrate its successes.
How to Use:
The Manager creates a column for each team goal.
The Manager adds Tasks to achieve that Goal into each of the columns.
When the Manager is ready for work to begin on a Task, they assign it to Team Member(s), optionally enter a due date, and give the Task a label of “Planning.”
When Team Member(s) begin implementing plans to achieve the Task goal, they change the label to “In Progress.”
