No, Teamly doesn’t charge for sales tax.
Workspace admins, workspace owners, and full members are counted toward billing. You are not charged for team members you invite to Teamly until the day they create their Teamly account. Additionally, you are not charged for inactive team members.
Once we’ve deemed members inactive (after 14 days of non-use) or if they’ve been deactivated, we’ll automatically adjust billing by adding prorated credits to your account that we’ll apply to your next billing cycle(s).
You are not charged for team members you invite to use Teamly until the day they create their Teamly account.
You’re billed for new members the day they create their Teamly account. If that occurs during the middle of the billing cycle, we’ll prorate your charges automatically, so you only pay for the amount of time they’ve been an active user.
If you pay monthly for Teamly, prorated charges for new active members will appear on your next monthly billing statement. If you pay annually, prorated charges will appear on your next annual billing statement.
